About Woodland Enterprises
Woodland Enterprises, Inc. is a
custom home builder with over 35 years of building
experience. We work personally with you to
design the home of your dreams. We have
hundreds of plans to choose from and all of our
plans can be modified to suit your
needs. If you prefer, you can sit down with one of our designers to customize your
own plan.
If you have property already, we can
build your new home on your property. If not,
we can assist you in finding the perfect building site. We will guide you through
the entire building process of your home from financing and design through completion.
We are very proud of the fact that we are a family owned and operated business.
In 1972, Bill and Carol Gache’ started the company working out of a small home office
in West Palm Beach. In 1986, they built Woodland’s first model home in Royal Palm
Beach. Each year the company grew, mainly thanks to recommendations from
previous
customers. In 1996, our main office moved north to our current Jupiter location.
Eric Townsend joined
Woodland Enterprises in 1991 working as a carpenter constructing
Woodland homes. Eric obtained his general contractor’s license and is now company
vice-president. After obtaining a bachelor’s degree in 1997, Jennifer Gache’ Townsend
joined the family business.
We know that this is one of the biggest investments of your life and you need to
feel comfortable with who you choose to build it. We have been in business for over
35 years so you can rest assured that you have chosen a solid and experienced company.
