Woodland Enterprises is very proud of the fact that we are a family owned and operated business.
In 1972, Bill and Carol Gache’ started the company working out of a small home office in West Palm Beach. In 1986, they built Woodland’s first model home in Royal Palm Beach. Each year the company grew, mainly thanks to recommendations from previous customers. In 1996, our main office moved north to our current Jupiter location.
Eric Townsend joined Woodland Enterprises in 1991 working as a carpenter constructing Woodland homes. Eric obtained his general contractor’s license and is now company vice-president. After obtaining a bachelor’s degree in 1997, Jennifer Gache’ Townsend joined the family business.
